This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Radicals (By Jye).
1. Returns Eligibility
If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, except where exclusions apply.
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were sent
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable
- You must contact us before returning any item
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.
2. Sale Items (Exclusions)
Items purchased during a sale, or marked as discounted are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit
Proof of tracking should be retained until the return has been fully processed.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following inspection.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees. Customs charges are non-refundable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
