All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to orders affected by pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Estimated Delivery Times:

United Kingdom: 2–5 working days

European Union: 7–10 working days

United States: 7–10 working days

All Other Locations: 7–15 working days

Delivery time frames are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with prior authorisation. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
